We recommend dry cleaning for the longevity of the garment.

We accept credit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover). Your card will be charged only after the order is placed.

What’s your return policy?

We are happy to exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line purchase. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any and all original tags or packaging. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise. Thank you for respecting our return policy. We are a small business! You are responsible for any return shipping costs. House Dress is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned product. Before sending any product back for return, please email info@housedressny.com to get your return approved. Returns must be tracked and insured for the amount of the purchase.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
